Reporters are free on every plan — the people who file bugs through your widget never count as members. Their screenshots and recordings count only toward the plan’s storage.
A member is a workspace user (developer, lead or client). Free has up to 5 members, Team up to 10, and Business has no member limit. Prices are per workspace, not per user — the sticker is the whole bill.
Each plan adds its AI credit every month, and what is left lapses when the next month’s credit arrives. When it runs out, AI pauses until then, until you upgrade, or on a paid plan until you buy extra credit — never a surprise charge.
